Our Commitment To Data Security is to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information. We have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to be unacceptable for anyone under 13.
We will accept payment in cash (US $) or checks written from a local bank, which is defined as a bank in the following Nevada cities: Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Gardnerville, Fernley, Fallon, surrounding cities and other locations in Nevada where we teach our courses.
Due to problems in the past, we will write your drivers license number, or state issued ID number on your check. We apologize, but we can not accept out-of-state checks.

At the present time, we are unable to accept payment by credit cards or ATM check cards.
If you pay by check and your bank denies payment for Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF), any NSF fees the bank charges us will be passed on to you with an additional charge of $25 plus legal fees incurred in collecting money owed us.
We reserve the right to adjust, change, add or delete our prices and discounts at any time. If we increase, or decrease our prices after giving you a quote, the lower price will only apply for the class you are scheduled to attend.
Discounts will NOT be combined! Only one (1) may be used per training session. NRA membership discount is only valid when done through us and during the class when you sign up or renewed.
Active duty Military (Reserve - while serving on active duty status), Law Enforcement Officers and Fire Fighters must show an official ID card or credentials for discount.
We reserve the right to add, change, adjust, limit or delete discounts at any time.
When course fees are paid and you have attended our training, there are no refunds. This applies even if your CCW/CFP permit is denied. If you need to leave in the middle of the class, you will not receive a refund, but will be able to attend another training session at no additional cost. However, attendance must be for the same training and within one year. If you are asked to leave or are otherwise removed from class due to causing a disruption or other problem, you will not receive a refund.
All firearms training complies with the state of Nevada and Federal laws. Utah Concealed Firearms Permit (CFP) training complies with the Utah Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Criminal Identification (BCI) guidelines. LEOSA firearms qualifications complies with the Law Enforcement Safety Act of 2004 and 18 U.S.C 926C. View our "Training Courses" page for additional information.
We reserve the right to add, change, adjust, limit or delete training courses at any time.
We would like to encourage you to send us your Testimonial to be placed on our web site. Please limit them to about 200 words or less. To protect your privacy, you will remain anonymous. Unless
you authorize the use of your first and last name, only your initials and state, or first name and state will be used.

It is against our company and personal policy to send any pop up/under advertisement with our web sites. We don't like them and refuse to use them.

It has come to our attention that our e-mail address has been circulating on SPAM messages. They are NOT from us. We are working with Law Enforcement and several government agencies to apprehend those responsible for sending spam messages with our address.
It is against our company and personal policy to send any unsolicited e-mail (SPAM) to anyone. We consider it a poor business practice, in bad taste and a total waste of everyone's time. We refuse to do it!
If we have an ongoing business or personal relationship with you, we could send you an e-mail or snail mail message with updates on our training classes, schedule and services.
SPAM will NOT be tolerated in the Shooters Forum! New users who register with a spam e-mail address and/or spam web page (sex, drugs, games involving chance or money, gambling, etc.) or registered users who change their info to the aforementioned, will be deleted from the BBS user list. Any user who posts a spam message or sends it through the "Private message" or e-mail system within the BBS, will only receive one warning and their private messages and e-mail access in the BBS will be removed for 30 days. If it happens again, they will be removed and added to the banned user list. Their internet service provider (ISP) will be notified and the IP address could be blocked. Yes, your IP address is listed in our logs when you register, send e-mail and private messages or post messages to the Forums.
If you as a registered member/user of our BBS receive any SPAM type messages through the BBS, PLEASE forward that message within the BBS messaging system to the BBS Administrator (admin).
We have voluntarily labeled our website with "ICRA". The Internet Content Rating Association (link takes you to a different web site) is an independent, non-profit organization whose mission is to protect children from potentially harmful material.
